WATER PILATES

Water Pilates is designed to use water's natural resistance to increase the body's full range of motion while stabilizing the core muscles. The mind-body workout incorporated movements based on the pilates method. Set in the healing environment of water, the workout facilitates increased flexibility while challenging the individuals to maintain core stabilization, postural alignment, and balance. With the use of water noodles and dumbells, water pilates excercises are suitable for all levels of conditioning.
