Rachel Webb – EAC Personal Trainer/Registered Dietician

Rachel Webb is a Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor with years experience in both the nutrition and fitness fields. Originally from Ohio, she completed her coursework in Human Nutrition at The Ohio State University and spent ten months working for Mount Carmel Hospital as a dietetic intern. From a young age, Rachel tagged along with her Mom to the local YMCA for step aerobics. She came to love the challenge of teaching group fitness - developing the class, remembering the steps and order, properly cuing so that everyone can hear and see the next step, and of course motivating and modifying the workout as needed. Her first quarter at Ohio State started her career as a Group Fitness Instructor, and her coursework in Exercise Science at Ohio State set the backbone for her future career in personal training.

Rachel has a broad knowledge and hands-on experience in the counseling of chronic diseases such as heart disease, stoke, diabetes, and gastrointestinal disorders. Moreover, her credentials and experience as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor have enabled her to sync the sometimes confusing worlds of proper diet and exercise routine. Rachel has worked with myriad populations and fitness levels, but her specialty is designing effective cardiovascular and strength training circuits for women who are having increasing difficulty losing weight and gaining strength and muscle tone. She loves many aspects of her job - including the fact that she gets to sport comfortable work attire- but her favorite part is being given the purest opportunity to inspire a major change in someone's life everyday, just by doing something that she loves to do!
