Edgewater Athletic offers 2 swim classes tailored to your accomodate varying levels of expertise.
The Adult Advanced Swim Workout is designed for swimmers who are proficient in at least 3 strokes and are looking for endurance, strength, and speed training while in the pool. Paul will help you achieve your goals. If you are preparing for a triathlon, want to become a stronger swimmer, or have trouble motivating yourself to swim a mile or more when swimming alone - this class is for you!
Price: $5 for members and $12 for non-members.

Water Fitness with Cathy serves all ages. All participants wear buoyancy belts, which allow non-swimmers and pregnant women to participate and also enable freedom of movement in every direction. Loss of inches on waist and hips occurs. Water moves are 50 percent easier on the joints than land exercises.
Cathy has been a certified instructor for over 15 years.
