PILATES

(Tuesday and Thursday 7:30pm)

Pilates is a full-body exercise system that originates from the core and flows outward to the extremities. It creates a fusion of body and mind that emphasizes body alignment and correct breathing. Pilates is designed to strengthen and lengthen the body’s muscles and balance out the body as a whole. Pilates fortifies the core muscles and improves muscle control, flexibility, range of motion, and coordination. It is appropriate for all ages because it tones and strengthens the muscles without impacting the joints. It is great for rehabilitation and as a regular workout.
