SIVANANDA YOGA

The sivananda yoga practice is a 12 asana sequence designed to increase flexibility of the spine and core strength. In Sivanada yoga, relaxation is a vital part of the practice, not a break from it.

YOGA / STRETCH FUSIONS

For those wanting basic yoga instruction. This class combines movement, breath, and meditation to foster flexibility, relaxation and self-awareness. This class is designed for beginner to intermediate students, those recovering from injury, or those who would like a more gentle flowing class.

MORNING FLOW YOGA

Finding balance, strength, and movement is what this class is all about. Playing with the postures and space to get your energy flowing, this class will invigorate your morning.

VINYASA FLOW YOGA

For those wanting basic yoga instruction. This class combines movement, breath, and meditation to foster flexibility, relaxation and self-awareness.


FORREST YOGA

The pillars of Forrest Yoga are breath, strength, integrity, and spirit. One of the newer yoga diciplines, Forrest Yoga specifically addresses the modern stresses and challenges, both physical and emotional, that our bodies and minds face today.

YOGA ELEMENTS

This morning class will explore yoga from a deep level of focus. The postures will focus on alignment, breath, and opening. This class is a great way to deepen your practice and greet your day!

MULTI-LEVEL YOGA

A well-balanced class beginning with centering, core strengtheners, standing and seated postures suitable for new or experienced students. The emphasis is on flowing sequences, and using the breath to increase the connection between body, mind and spirit.

PILATES "CORE MIX"

Core Mix is a class created to target the 4 major areas of the body: arms, legs, glutes, and abs. Each strength section will be followed by stretching in order to achieve the long lean muscle look. A great addition to your pilates or yoga workout!

WATER PILATES

Water Pilates is designed to use water's natural resistance to increase the body's full range of motion while stabilizing the core muscles. The mind-body workout incorporated movements based on the pilates method.

HARD-CORE

This class focuses on the many aspects of fitness training. Syllabus includes: functional stretch, endurance training, cardio training, weight lifting, core conditioning, and many other related fitness practices.

TAEKWONDO

Taekwondo is a traditional Korean martial art that teaches more than physical fighting skills. It is a discipline that enhances our spirit and life through the training of our body and mind.

FLOOR BARRE

This class incorporates elements of ballet floor barre, pilates, and stretching to strenghten and create long muscles. Through the calming effect of classical music greater flexibility, enhanced grace, and improved body tone is attained.

MUSCLE BLAST

A high energy, high volume strength training and body sculpting group exercise class. Light weight, high repetition training format. This is a head to toe endurance training class designed to promote muscular endurance, muscular strength and increase definition.

BEGINING BALLET

This class is suitable for ballet beginners. It will establish the foundations of classical ballet technique and encourage strength, flexibility, toning, and musicality in a fun and calming atmosphere.

PILATES

Pilates is a full-body exercise system that originates from the core and flows outward to the extremities. It creates a fusion of body and mind that emphasizes body alignment and correct breathing.
